This time of year there is a lot more darkness than light. We leave for work or school and it’s dark. We come home from work or school and it’s dark. We have the weekends off. But it’s cloudy and cold.

It is really important for our mental health and life—as we move further from the holidays and spring seems impossibly far into the distance—that we remember what we’ve seen in the light. Watch my video below and take my challenge to experience the “light” today. The best is yet to come.
