What has been the biggest challenge you have had in your business?
Our single biggest challenge has been helping clients overcome their own limiting mindsets. Taking managed risks is essential to growth in business. We provide clients with the necessary business tools to overcome their fears that hold them in bondage to small thinking. We expand vision, identify opportunities, advance workable growth strategies, expose growth pitfalls, gain funding and build business relationship capital. All are essential to achieving strategic growth objectives. To grow, our clients must change the way they see themselves. We help our clients identify who they are and what they can become. Then we provide them with the practical steps they need to move toward their stated goals.
What have you implemented to overcome that challenge?
Time and time again, we have seen this simple strategy work for our clients. Our clients have gained 100 plus million dollars in venture capital, increased annual franchise revenues by $500,000 plus and royalties 10-fold, and have eliminated under-performing units. One franchisor didn’t understand their own valuation. We provided them with a purchase outline that was based on true valuation, which they used to sell their franchise for seven plus figures. Another franchisor was stuck in low or no growth mode for several years. We provided them with a new business model — recruitment of franchisees by one on one relationship building. Now, they are experiencing growth for the first time in several years.
What are the results after you implemented your solution?
One size doesn’t fit all in businesses, but finding a way forward doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, we just need to change the way we see our business. Oftentimes, we need fresh eyes to see what is plainly obvious. As Edward R. Murrow said, ‘The obscure we see eventually. The completely obvious, it seems takes longer.’ Businesses fail to achieve their growth related goals for obvious reasons, to everyone but themselves. They have limited mindsets. Don’t become a casualty of limited thinking. Resolve today to seek expert advice to see the plainly obvious hindering your growth related business goals.
