What has been the biggest challenge you have had in your business?

People are our business, plain and simple. Our largest technology challenge has been how to reach out to the right resources our clients need in the fastest time, and how to streamline how we interact with our clients and candidates.

 

What have you implemented to overcome that challenge?

Early in our growth stage, we made a strategic decision to partner with JobDiva, the leading SaaS based Applicant Tracking System (ATS). It is by far the market leader for CRM in the staffing industry, and they have grown side by side with us, as we were one of the early adopters of their platform. Currently we maintain a database of candidates that exceeds 2.5 million unique resumes. Without this platform, we would never have had the success we have had.

 

What are the results after you implemented your solution?

We have had a dramatic increase of employee retention and speed to market. We have delivered time and time again to our installed client base much faster than our competitors. We have been able to quantify a dramatic reduction in time from a client request to fulfillment by almost 1.5 days. We have also been very fortunate to have nearly 99 percent up time and have utilized their mobile solutions to ensure that our recruiters are able to deliver 24/7 to ensure our clients are delighted.
